Our contact with parents

Every day in the Nest, you will receive a report based on the Assistant to Infancy’s regular observations of each individual child. Since they are building a relationship with every infant, they are also able to tell parents various other details regarding the child’s day at school e.g. when your child ate, what it ate, how long it slept and many other details so that you get a picture of how her day was spent. In the Infant Community, there is a regular contact with parents so that they may know how their child is progressing.

We also offer counseling for parents and we are happy to support and advise those parents who would like some guidance in their work of parenting.

For us it is important to keep an open channel of communication with the parents of the infants we are looking after, for this helps us in our work and allows for a smooth continuity between home and school.
